It happens every year. You didn't put in the requisite amount of training, and when St. Patrick's Day rolls around, you're not prepared. You planned to party all day long, but you conk out sometime in the afternoon because you don't have the stamina.

Don't let it happen this year. DC Social's "St. Practice Day" Bar Tour will take place Saturday, March 10, and is designed to get you in fighting -- well that's a bad choice of words -- in tip-top shape for the big day. And there's even a keg of gold at the end of the because this year's St. Practice Day Bar Tour concludes at the Winter Sports End of Season Party.
